We respect your time. If you decide to cooperate with Clever, your duties regarding accounts will be limited to one action – sending us your documents.

At Clever, we care for the environment; we operate in a completely electronic manner. All you need to do is to give us your documents via scans, a hard drive, or by means of a dedicated IT solution, i.e. the Office Website where all the documents, settlements and communications are online available in one place, 24/7.

And that is all! The rest lies in our hands.

For customers who pay the invoices on a timely manner, we have a surprise: courier services free of charge! If you pay our invoice on time, we will send a courier to you to collect your printed documents, at our cost. Next, we will archive them.

FULL ACCOUNTING

Full accounting

With us, you can manage full accounting. The price includes a monthly balance sheet, profit and loss account, and detailed analyses of costs and revenues. Thus, without investing too much time, you can be in full control of the finances of your company and adjust your development strategy to the current situation.

Each month, after you send us your documents through the office website, via scans or by traditional means, your accountant will prepare relevant technical reports for you, i.a.:

  • Balance sheet
  • Profit and Loss Account
  • List of Turnovers and Balances
  • Settlements
  • Tax report

In the “Settlements” report, you can view all the most important details regarding your company, the status of receivables and liabilities, or documents you still must submit. The technical Balance Sheet and the Profit and Loss Account delivered on a monthly basis help you control the performance of the company and make proper business decisions. What is more, the office website will remind you about tax payments. We will send any necessary declarations by electronic means.

If you want to receive more reports, your customer advisor may generate them for you and analyze the performance with you. Sales performance is available on an ongoing basis as part of the dedicated system for sales management.

SIMPLIFIED ACCOUNTING

Simplified accounting

If you conduct business activity or another type of business entity that settles accounts in the so-called simplified form of bookkeeping (e.g. a Tax Revenue and Expense Ledger or a Flat Rate on registered revenue), such form of accounting will be most suitable for you. The tax and revenue ledger is a simplified form of accounting that allows recording business expenses in settlements, lowering the tax basis and the income tax.

Each month, after you send us your documents through the office website, via scans or by traditional means, your accountant will prepare relevant reports for you, i.a.:

  • Revenue and Expense Ledger or Register
  • Summary
  • Tax report

What is more, the office website will remind you about tax payments and National Insurance contributions. We will send any necessary declarations by electronic means.
